Restaurants

all of the above hotels have restaurant services but may be quite expensive.

there is any number of open air popular spots, especially around the airport and on ave. Yennenga where you get grilled chicken, kebabs and music, like Taxi Brousse, Lido Bar, Chawarma, Pili Pili etc.

But the better restaurants are indoors with French cuisine and air conditioning:

Le Galant Vert (on the corner around Air Algerie, 20 m off ave. Nkrumah)

Le Verdoyant (open air pizzeria at the Place des Nations Unis)

Le Coq Bleu (on ave.Nkrumah, next to Air Algerie)

Le Jardin Bambous (Vietnamese restaurant on the road to Hopital Yalgado)

Le Mekong (Vietnamese restaurant opposite airport)

La Bonbonnière (for breakfast and food in daytime, closed in the evening).

Eaux Vives

Patisserie de Koulouba

Le TamTam (garden restaurant in Gounguin)

Le Ricardo

Music and Disco

The Ricardo and Silmande have friday’s and saturday’s disco. Closed on sundays.

Zaka (an open air place with live performances, also serves food)

Harlem (a new place in Dapoya with jazz performances)

Jimmy’s (on ave. Nkrumah - a very popular disco)

Don Camillo (beyond Gounguin on the road to Koudougou).
